Order Placement & Payment

• All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Orders can be placed through our website, social media pages, or via direct message.
• Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
• We accept payments via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfer.

Delivery & Pickup

• We offer delivery within Hyderabad city limits for an additional fee based on distance.
• Customers may also opt for self-pickup from our designated pickup point in Hyderabad.
• Please be available at the agreed location and time for smooth handover of your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery/pickup are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Quality & Liability

• We take atmost care in preparing and packaging your order with hygienic practices.
• Once the order is delivered/picked up, Mistii Ghar is not liable for any damage, mishandling, or spoilage due to improper storage or delay in consumption.
• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. We will try our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Customization

• We offer customization for certain items. Please provide detailed instructions during order placement.
• We reserve the right to decline customizations that are not feasible within our production limits.

Photography & Social Media

• We may take photos of our products for promotional use. If you do not wish your order to be shared on social media, please inform us at the time of ordering.
